Practical life skills are about more than teaching a dog what to do. Souly Foundations helps you and your dog develop communication, understanding, and skills that support everyday life—while strengthening the relationship you share.

Dogs need opportunities to use their bodies, minds, senses, and instincts. Our activities are rooted in the behavioral needs identified in the Total Welfare Ethogram and offer meaningful ways for dogs to explore and express who they are.
Obstacle Navigation
Soulygility invites dogs to move, explore, and problem-solve at their own pace. It’s not about competition or perfection—it’s about confidence, body awareness, choice, and having fun together.
Scent & Tracking
Hide & Squeak—our rat-search experience—and other scent games give dogs opportunities to follow their noses, seek, track, and engage their natural searching abilities.
Decompression Sessions
Time and space to slow down, explore, sniff, move, and simply be a dog. Decompression sessions offer a low-pressure opportunity to support regulation and wellbeing through choice and natural behavior.

Social experiences for dogs who enjoy the company of other dogs. Souly Mates creates opportunities for compatible dogs to spend time together in a thoughtful, supported environment where social interaction can unfold naturally.
Have a New Puppy?
While Souly Dog does not currently offer traditional puppy classes, we want every puppy to receive support for this critical stage of development.
If your puppy is between 8 and 16 weeks old, we recommend puppy classes at All Dogs Durham for socialization and foundational puppy support.
